Warranty Policy
I. FREE WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
Products are eligible for free warranty when the following conditions are met:

The product is within the warranty period and has a warranty sticker (calculated from the date recorded on the purchase invoice/document).

The product is damaged due to internal components or manufacturer defects.

The product must have a DLK warranty sticker.

The serial number and warranty sticker on the product must be intact, not torn or lost.
II. WARRANTY CONDITIONS WITH FEES:
Products not eligible for free warranty include:

Products beyond the free warranty period.

Improper use according to the instruction manual, or use with incorrect voltage causing product damage.

The warranty sticker on the product is torn, broken, covered, or modified.

The product is damaged due to external factors such as: falling, breaking, impact, scratches, dents, rust, water damage, or due to fire, natural disasters, or insect infestation.

The device casing and accompanying accessories such as: power cords, signal cables, rectifiers, remote controls, control batteries, device fans, or devices damaged by fan failure causing fire or explosion.

Free software included with the device.
-
Products showing signs of repair before being brought to DLK company.
-
Machine cleaning.
III. PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY PERIOD:
The company will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during the transportation of goods from our warehouse to the customer.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.
IV. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE LOCATION:

Customers can bring the machine to the address: 111/7, Vườn Lài Street, Phú Thọ Hoà Ward, Tân Phú District, Ho Chi Minh City.
