Shipping Policy

I. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

  • Applies to all customers who purchase products via telephone or who come directly to view and purchase goods at the company and require direct home delivery.

II. APPLICATION METHOD AND DELIVERY TIME

1- For available items:

  1. a) DLK supports free home delivery in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City (Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Phu Nhuan) and neighboring areas for orders over 5 million VND. Delivery time depends on the order time:
    • If ordered before 9:00 AM: the order will be delivered in the morning of the same day.
    • If ordered from after 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM: the order will be delivered in the afternoon of the same day.
    • If ordered after 3:00 PM: the order will be delivered to the customer in the afternoon of the same day or the next morning, depending on the agreement.
    • (In the process of processing orders, errors are inevitable. Customers can call us immediately if they feel the delivery is delayed.)
  2. b) For orders under 5 million VND, customers can pick up directly at the DLK warehouse, or DLK will support delivery based on the agreement between DLK and the customer.
  3. c) For orders in provinces far from Ho Chi Minh City, the order will use domestic express delivery service to deliver goods to customers. Customers will bear the express delivery fee (1 day). DLK will support the slow delivery fee (5-7 days).
  4. 2- For unavailable items:
    • DLK will place orders for unavailable items in the following cases:
      • The customer signs the order confirmation.
      • The customer pays 30% - 100% of the order value in advance, depending on the item, to place the order.
    • The ordering time depends on the type of item and will be announced by DLK before confirming the order.

III. RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRANSPORTED GOODS

  • The company will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during the transportation of goods from our warehouse to the customer.  
  • Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. When detecting damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect goods, sign the goods status confirmation with the delivery staff and immediately notify the customer care department via the company's hotline.
  • After the customer has signed for receipt of the goods without notes or comments about the goods. The company is not responsible for requests for exchange or return due to damage, scratches, breakage, dents, incorrect goods, etc. from customers later.
  • If the transport service is designated and selected by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during the transportation of goods from the company's warehouse to the customer. The customer will be responsible for freight and related losses.  

IV. OTHER CONDITIONS

  • If the delivery address is unclear, located in alleys, or in dangerous places, rugged mountainous areas, or areas with difficult traffic, we have the right to refuse direct transportation and delivery.
  • In cases of force majeure, due to natural disasters, floods, bridge and ferry damage, etc., we are not responsible for compensating for damages arising from delivery that is not on time or failure to transport goods to the location as agreed with the customer.
  • In the event that we have transported the goods to the delivery location as agreed at the time of purchase, but for some reason the customer requests to return the goods, the customer must bear the transportation costs according to the company's regulations.
  • For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported upstairs without an elevator, customers are requested to assist in delivery and receipt.
  • On special days or holidays when general traffic policies are restricted (road closures for some vehicles, etc.), delivery times may change. We will call customers to agree on delivery and receipt times.

V. PAYMENT POLICY

  • Method 1: Customers can pay cash directly at our office address. (Office address is updated on the DLK.COM.VN website)
  • Method 2: Customers can pay our delivery staff at the delivery location according to the agreement between the customer and our company.
  • Method 3: Customers can pay by transferring money to our company's account opened at the bank. Please work with us for company account information before transferring.
